I, K.KAR MUGIL VANNAN (KMV), have been practicing photography since 2012, but now I have hit the ground running with photography. It is only recently that I have taken it up more seriously. I was inspired and mentored by fellow photographers and by masters of the profession. I fell in love with photography when I was a little kid. It was the magic of capturing a moment that overwhelmed me. I never

thought I would take it up seriously. I wanted to be a racer or a sportsman or a story writer. I wanted to understand life with its beauty and mystery and express my own feelings about these. But five or six months ago, I realized that I could do this better with photography than with anything else. I love WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY & FASHION the most. I also love the tradition and culture of India, which I would like to explore more by travelling to places and documenting them, which I have already done across a few places in Tamil Nadu. When I shoot a bird, its sharp beak & the powerful eyes give me a sense of connection and confidence. Sometimes, I just feel that it gives me positive energy.
