Rakshak Foundation is Non-Profit Organisation, registered by Govt. of India, under Indian Trust Act 1882, founder by Subedar Late Kaptan Singh and Mr. We are working on the basis of No Profit No Loss. Rakshak Foundation is managed and guided by the retired or serving soldiers and officers of Indian Armed Forces and Paramilitary Forces, assisted by professionals from other departments and various f

ields. Our team of selfless volunteers spreads the saga of the sacrifice of our soldiers. Rakshak Foundation is working for promoting and facilitating the welfare of martyr’s families, retired and serving soldiers, war disabled soldiers of Armed Forces as well as Paramilitary Forces/CAPF. We are the only Non-Profit NGO which is working on ground level across India for all the 03 Armed Forces as well as 10 Paramilitary Forces/CAPF on this type of charter. We are supporting them in all possible ways across India. Currently we are present in 18 states and 05 U.Ts and are in contact with more than thousands of Martyr’s families as well as war disabled soldiers of our security forces. Along with Armed and Paramilitary Forces, we are doing the same for the Police. As the Security Forces are protecting the borders of the country, in the same way the police play an important role in maintaining Peace and Law and Order within the country. Police is always available for countrymen at all time. They also need our help and support for betterment. The Vision behind the NGO is to ensure that each and every Martyr and their family, War-Disabled / Wounded Soldiers & their dependents and needy soldiers & their family can get their rights, respect and other necessary things which they deserve. Why We Do ? The countryman usually live happy life with his family. But a soldier cannot do this always, because for around 10 months out of 12, he is on border. He cannot live all the time with his family, he cannot serve his parents, he cannot enjoy the festival with his children just because his duty is first for him. For him his first duty is to protect his motherland, to protect the borders of his motherland. A Soldier is Never Off Duty either it is Summer, Winter or Raining. He is performing his duty in all whether. Because of A Soldier, Because of our Forces we are Safe and living peacefully. When A Soldier get Martyrdom, what do we give in return? Is it enough to come together on his last journey or light candles or observe a minute silence? Or Can We Do More? Yes, We Can Do. Just Think……. The first step is to understand the needs, problems and rights of the families of Martyr and all serving soldiers. We need the strong urge to stand by them and offer a helping hand. This is the duty of every countryman to Sympathize, Respect and Support the family of Martyrs and all other soldiers of our country. Keeping this in mind we The Rakshak Foundation, are going to help these families in all possible ways for their welfare and rights. Millions of soldiers defend the borders of our country by day and night. They are fighting bravely on borders and protecting our country from enemies. During this action, sometimes they get injured and some times they get supreme sacrifice and become Martyr for the country and for the countrymen. We The Rakshak Foundation are here to support and to help the Martyr’s family and War Disabled soldiers. What We Do:
• Identify Martyr’s family, Veer Nari, War Disabled/Injured soldiers and solution of problems they are facing.
• Setup Social and Legal assistance for Martyr’s Family, Veer Nari, War Disabled/Injured soldiers.
• Resettlement for Veer Naris, War Disabled/Injured soldiers, when and where needed.
• Addressing these family’s needs and problems for best and early solution with administration and government.
• Empower the veer Naris of our country through education and other skills and support by helping them.
• Partner with Schools, Colleges and other Educational Institutes to provide education to the children of Martyr’s family for free or at very low cost.
• Maintain and Renovate the Martyr Monuments.
• Collaborate with local/regional/national groups or organisations with similar objectives for better work and results.
• Blood Donation Camps to make Blood Bond with soldiers.
• Awareness programs to aware countrymen about the rights and welfare of soldiers. Invitation for Soldiers:

Under Indian Trust Act 1882 and NGO Darpan and NITI Aayog, Govt. of India)- हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य देश के उन सैनिकों और शहीदों के परिवारों को किसी भी तरह की सहायता मुहैया करवाना या करना है जो थल सेना, वायु सेना, नौसेना, भारतीय तटरक्षक बल, सीमा सुरक्षा बल, सशस्त्र सीमा बल, केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल, भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस, केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, असम राइफल्स, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा गार्ड और किसी भी तरह के सशस्त्र और सुरक्षा बल, अर्धसैनिक बल या हमारे देश के सभी फ्रंट लाइन सैनिक जो हमारे लिए लड़ते हैं, हमारी रक्षा करते हैं और महत्वपूर्ण मोर्चों पर हमारे देश की सुरक्षा के लिए सर्वोच्च बलिदान देते हैं।

इसके साथ साथ हम ये भी ध्यान देंगे कि हमारे वीर जवानों की सहादत पर भारत सरकार और राज्य सरकार जो भी आर्थिक या किसी भी अन्य तरह की घोषणाएं करती है तो क्या उनको समय पर पूरा किया जाता है या नहीं। और अगर समय पर उन घोषणाओं को पूरा नहीं किया जाता है तो हम उसके लिए उस क्षेत्र के सम्बंधित अधिकारियों व राज्य सरकार से सम्पर्क करके जल्द से जल्द उनकी समस्या का समाधान करवाएंगे और अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो इस बारे में भारत सरकार से भी सम्पर्क किया जाएगा और हर सम्भव कदम उठाया जाएगा।
