Dangterii brings home laurel, CSOs accords grand reception
As "Dangterii" Director Sng Pearson arrived Japhou Bazar Chandel from Imphal International Airport, Kankhu Film & Entertainment Society (Kfaes) Chandel, organised a Reception ceremony at Japhou Bazar in Chandel today in honour of the 3rd best feature film (Northeast Category) award won by Sng Pearson A**l for his feature film “Dangterii” at the 2nd edition of Northeast India International Film Festival 2023 held at Mumbai on March 18, 2024.
The Reception was organised at Singpa Resident Building in japhou bazaar with representatives of various A**l Civil Society Orgnaisation including A**l Naga Tangpi, A**l Sinnu Ruwl, A**l Lelruwl Tangpi, Naga Students Union Chandel, Kankhu Film & Entertainment Society, Lambung Youth and Cultural Club, Lambung Village Authority, and Lambung Baptist Church.
As Pearson steps out of the car in which he was traveling, he was surprised to see the honour he received from his own tribe leaders handing over him flower bouquets, A**l scarfs as mark of love and appreciation.
Today’s dignitaries on dais include, President & Film Director Sng Pearson, NSUC president RL Elly, ALT President BD Ningwar, ASR Vice president Ps Tonila, Asst General Secretary ANTA Huten Alexander among others.
