Maruti Suzuki has finally unveiled the second-generation Celerio hatchback in India today. The prices of the new Maruti Suzuki Celerio starts from Rs 4.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 6.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new Celerio is available in four trims – LXI, VXI, ZXI and ZXI+. Bookings for the new Celerio are already underway for a token amount of Rs 11,000 at Maruti Arena dealerships or on Maruti’s official website.

Volkswagen has launched the long-awaited Taigun SUV in India at an introductory price of Rs 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The midsize SUV is available in two distinct variant lines - Dynamic Line and Performance Line. The Dynamic Line includes three trim levels - Comfortline, Highline and Topline, while the Performance Line includes two trims - GT and GT Plus. The Taigun comes with four engine-gearbox combinations to choose from. Given below are the variant-wise prices.

The production-spec Citroen C3 has been globally unveiled today ahead of its India launch in the first half of 2022. The C3 is the first of three models under Citroen’s C-cubed programme, and has been specifically developed for emerging markets like India and South America. After a victory at the Sprint Race 2 in Monza the day before, Jehan Daruvala finished P5 in the Feature Race and added 10 points to his championship belt. Daruvala had a rough start from P2, lost a few positions and came home fifth in a race filled with action and multiple safety car periods. At the end of the weekend at Monza, Daruvala has 81 points in the Formula 2 driver’s championship ahead of Sochi, Russia.

India’s fantastic run in international sport continues with Jehan Daruvala winning his second FIA Formula 2 Championship race at Monza. Jehan started second, and completely dominated the grid from lap 1 to win by a massive margin at the Italian Grand Prix last weekend. However, Jehan missed out on another podium, settling for P5 in the feature race on Sunday. In the sprint race 2 on Saturday, Red Bull Racing Junior started on the front row behind German racer David Beckman.

Revealed today at the IAA Mobility show in Munich, the Porsche Mission R is an electric racer unlike anything you've ever seen before. It looks like a Cayman-sized Taycan with motorsport influence, and that's basically what it is - an electric two-door race car. With two newly developed electric motors, the Mission R produces up to 1,072 horsepower in its all-out attack setting, otherwise known as qualifying mode. With all four wheels being driven, the car can achieve 0-62 mph in under 2.5 seconds and will top out at over 186 mph.

After much delay, Aprilia has finally launched the much awaited RS 660 motorcycle in India. It is priced at Rs 13.39 lakh in India. Its naked sibling, Tuono 660 is priced at Rs 13.09 lakh. All prices are ex-sh.

Tuono 660 and RS 660 derives its energy from a 659cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine with a 270-degree firing order. This motor is tuned to return an output of 100 bhp at 10,500rpm and 67 Nm of peak torque at 8,500rpm. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, integrated with Aprilia Quick Shift (AQS) up and down system.
