Dear Shoppers Stop
Its sad that I need to take this issue on social media. I ordered a product in July 2023 using Shoppers Stop Online and received a different sized product instead. I initiated an exchange request and the product was received by your warehouse on 31 July 2023. Since then I have been following up for the revised product but have not received any communication from your side. During this time, I have called your customer support centre (1800 419 6648) 33 times (almost every day) but my issue is not resolved. On each call, I am asked to wait for maximum 48 hours to get a call back from your team (I have recordings, if required); I am still waiting for those 48 hours to complete and get a call. I have spoken at almost every level in your customer support centre from your executive to quality check team, senior team and senior supervisor (obviously after so many drops, denials and transfers). Every time the response is same that the product is failed in quality check. The reason (after asking so many times) given was "Customer has returned different size product", which was the reason I opted for exchange. I have also written 6 emails to your customer service desk but got a computer generated response every time.
Such pathetic service was not expected from Shoppers Stop, I can never think of buying anything from Shoppers Stop again. The response from your team is like scammers who actually try to escape to give a proper resolution or connect to senior management.
I will also aware my friends here to not to use Shoppers Stop Online, I have experienced it twice when I have received a different product than what I ordered.
