Mayodia Pass in the lower Dibang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh
Myodia Pass (elevation 2,655 m (8,711 ft)), 56 km from Rowing in Dibang Ghati district, Arunachal Pradesh state, India. Mishmi Hills and Myodiapas are beautiful places for bird watching. Myodia Pass can be very dry at an altitude of about 2700 m. Beautiful people, beautiful countryside.
2 hours drive from Rowing City. The road was great. You need to have enough skills to overtake the traffic in front of you. It is a hilly road with many twists and turns. The road was spectacular and the views were breathtaking. You'll probably meet a lot of Gemini - a type of wild bison. There are few washrooms but no good restaurants or hotels.
Visitors park along narrow roads to experience the snow. Snowfall starts in December and lasts till January. At other times - go only if you want a beautiful place to enjoy nature. The lower part of the Dibang Valley is worth a visit, a couple of hours from Rowing. Winter travel is recommended and snowfall can be experienced. I visited with family and enjoyed the beautiful scenery, but better not plan on staying overnight
