Well
Todays update.
As you can see, it's q room inside room structure.
The second walls are 2" away from the main concrete wall.
The second wall is steel stud Plasterboard walls with 2" rockwool infill.

Then for acoustic treatment, there will be 5" broadband absorber panels (consisting of 4" 8pcf rockwool and 1" 4 pcf foam) for all walls and 3' deep Tri-trap for corner bass traps.
On the ceiling, there will be 5" broadband absorbers as well.

The holes you see here are not for light, but for ventilation.
