Sad Day of Kashmir today we lost 9 lives including our 4 blooming flowers in Gandabal Batwara Srinagar.

We deeply condemned this incident but some political opportunists today use them as a political ground.

We are really thankful to the LG administration Especially CS Atal dullo sb,IG Kashmir VK Birdi sb,DC srinagar Bilal Bhat sb,Ssp Srinagar Ashish Mishra sb,Sp west Imtiyaz sb sdpo Zohaib sb & other Civil officials and The Indian Army who are watching and monitoring the situation on Ground but some opportunist blame the administration for their political Gains.

The administration gives the full attention and support for the rescue operation in Gandabal Batwara Area of Srinagar.

We salute the administration for their efforts and we are hoping very soon the other 3 missing persons will be retrieved from the river.

We appeal to the people please be aware of these so called social and political activists.

I am deeply grieved by the loss of lives due to a boat accident in Srinagar. My thoughts are with the bereaved families & I pray to the Almighty to give them strength to withstand this immense loss. Team of SDRF, Army & other agencies are carrying out relief & rescue work.

Administration is providing all possible help to the bereaved families who have lost their near and dear ones and medical facilities to those who have been injured. Marcos teams have also been alerted. I am constantly monitoring the situation and guiding the team on the ground ( Office of JK LG)
