Our Institute for Survey studies & Strategy team worked on the 2023 Tripura Assembly elections together with the BJP at the party level.

BJP has won. We are elated about the fact that Team institute for survey studies & Strategy turned out to be an important contributor in accomplishing that win. We worked, we learned and we did it despite all the odds. This is a victory for every person who stayed up till night, missed meals, and worked tirelessly to make this happen. This is a win for Tripura and this is a win for us all! Congratulations everybody, our # hard work, and our paid off!

Another year, another state, another party, there will be another victory for the IFSSS that will add another feather to our caps.

Our IFSSS team worked on the 2023 Tripura Assembly elections together with the BJP at the party level. We feel fortunate to have worked for a party that questioned our thoughts, and our prejudices and helped us gain many perspectives on the current state of the state. We closely worked with the CM Manik Saha,Deputy CM Jishnu Dev Varma,Bhagwan Chandra Das,Rampada Jamatia and many more tall leaders of the party.

Job Description:

1. Detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic and legislative entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research initiatives

2. Liaise with political stakeholders including party leadership, post holders and workers to provide support, execute central campaigns and develop networks on ground

3. Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on-ground campaigns; Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

4. Co-ordinate with various internal teams of IFSSS including digital media, data analytics, strategic research and operations to achieve campaign aims

Bhaidhuj /Bhaiteeka/Bhardutiya/Bhaiyadhooj
On the day of this festival, sisters invite their brothers for a sumptuous meal that includes their favourite dishes. Brothers visit their sister’s house and shower them with gifts.

The whole ceremony signifies the duty of a brother to protect his sister, and in turn sister's blessings for her brother. Sisters perform arti and apply a red tika on the brother’s forehead. Brothers on the other hand give them gifts/cash as a token of love. It’s a promise they give to their sister to protect them lifelong.

We all are born with responsibilities to take care of others and pray for their well-being as well. True leaders lead with love and respect for fellow beings. This quality builds trust and credibility around the leaders. Personal Branding is all about trust building – After all Bhai Dhooj – our Indian festival is a direct example of this! Agree?

As Elected as New President for Party... Let's have a look at the presidents of since Independence.

Mallikarjun Kharge has been elected as Congress’ first non-Gandhi president after 24 years. While Kharge received 7,897 of the total 9,385 votes, his opponent, Shashi Tharoor, trailed behind with 1,072 votes. The last time Congress had a non-Gandhi president was in 1996 with Sitaram Kesri, who was deposed in 1998 following a dramatic coup that gave Sonia Gandhi control of the party.
