An experience like no other! 🌿🍆🥔
Had the joy of being part of the world’s first-ever Undhiyu Mixing Festival at Khandani Rajdhani, Indiranagar. It was a vibrant celebration of Gujarat’s iconic winter delicacy — Undhiyu — a traditional mixed vegetable dish cooked with fresh, seasonal produce like green beans, yam, raw bananas, and fenugreek dumplings (methi muthiyas).

The interactive mixing ceremony was a feast for the senses, filled with rich aromas, colors, and flavors that signify the warmth of winter. This event also marked the grand kickoff of Swad Kesariya: The Winter Food Festival, where a wide range of seasonal delicacies await!

From the lively energy of the mixing to the hearty feast that followed, it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Big shoutout to Khandani Rajdhani for hosting this beautiful celebration of Gujarati heritage and winter flavors. Can’t wait to go back for more! 😍

“December 1st, 2024, will forever be etched in my heart as a day of immense pride and gratitude. I had the incredible honor of being felicitated by His Highness Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar under the auspices of the Arya Vysya Mahasabha.

A heartfelt thanks to Arun Shankarmurthi, MLC of Shivamogga, and Dr. Ashwathnarayan, MLA of Malleshwara, for their invaluable presence and support, which made this occasion even more special.

A special mention and gratitude to Ravi Shankar uncle, who heads the Arya Vysya Mahasabha, for his visionary leadership and tireless efforts in bringing this event to life. This recognition is a reflection of the love and support of our community, and I am truly humbled by it.

While we’ve been fortunate to receive several recognitions in the past, this one feels profoundly meaningful as it comes from our very own community—our extended family. The love, blessings, and appreciation that have poured in from all corners have left me deeply overwhelmed with gratitude.
