Take your snacking game to the next level with this avocado and chickpea chaat—a healthy twist on a classic favourite. Packed with protein and healthy fats, this dish is as nourishing as it is delicious.
*Ingredients:*
1. 1 ripe avocado
2. 1 cup boiled chickpeas
3. 1 small onion, diced
4. 1 tomato, chopped
5. 1 green chilli, finely chopped
6. 2 tablespoons yoghurt
7. Juice of half a lemon
8. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
9. Fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds for garnish
*Instructions:*
1. Mash the avocado until creamy.
2. Add the boiled chickpeas, diced onion, chopped tomato, and green chilli.
3. Drizzle lemon juice over the mix.
4. Pour the yoghurt and gently fold to combine all ingredients.
5. Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds.
