When I think about leadership today, it looks nothing like what I once believed.
I used to think being a leader meant always having it together.
Always being “ON”
Always knowing the next step.
But the truth?
Leadership, for me, is learning to stay steady even when things feel messy.
It’s being honest about the things I’m figuring out in real time.
It’s not about being the LOUDEST voice in the room it’s about being the clear one, the grounded one.
As I’ve grown in my business and worked with 50+ coaches, I’ve realized leadership is a mix of two things:
🧚🏻♀️ The thinking side (Cerebral) - making smart decisions, planning properly, managing a team, setting up systems that make things easier.
🧚🏻♀️ The feeling side (Somatic) - trusting my gut when something feels off, paying attention to how my body reacts, slowing down when I need to instead of just pushing through all the time.
It’s not one or the other.
It’s both.
And that’s what allows me to lead clients through launches, pivots, and growth seasons without burning out or losing myself in the process.
If you’re in a season where you’re stepping into leadership — I just want to say:
It’s okay if you don’t have it all figured out.
Start with leading you.
That’s where it begins. 🤗
