ਸਮਾਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਪੁੱਛਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਗ੍ਰੇਡ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਿਸ 1000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਰਚੇ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਪੈਸਾ ਆਖ਼ਿਰ ਗਿਆ ਕਿੱਥੇ? ਇੱਕ ਗੱਲ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਖ਼ਰਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

It is at times like this that one is constrained to ask- where Rs 1,000 crore claimed to be spent on upgrading medical infrastructure go? Clearly, it did not go towards creating the necessary facilities to combat .
