They don’t do billboards, don’t do TV interviews, and as befitting those who avoid any form of attention, their IPO at Nasdaq synched exactly with the day rockets were fired at Tel Aviv.
Amir Schlachet, Nir Debbi, and Shahar Tamari were senior executives at Israel’s largest bank— and then Nir ordered shoes online. This is how the Global-e story begins.
When the shoes arrived all the way from Paris via carrier, the added shipping fee was fully double what he’d originally paid.
This was a small “Eureka'' moment that led the trio to a deeper understanding: lobal eCommerce is broken. They knew there had to be a better way - and founded Global-e to pave it.
Global-e is localizating eCommerce, creating a world in which every brand - no matter how big or small - can sell globally with the ease of selling locally.
Global-e chose Space Cat to accompany them on their steep climb to the top, culminating with an IPO on Nasdaq. We helped out with a 25-minute roadshow video, a short company overview film, a customer testimonial video, and an opening bell movie which went live on a Times Square building (!).
We dived deep into an investor presentation, hustled through three days of shooting in Israel + four days of shooting around the world - all while navigating several COVID-19 related lockdowns. We composed numerous graphs, crunched numbers, built intricate mazes - all to carve out one inspirational story of a trio who identified a problem and built the best solution for it. No bells. No whistles. Just results.
The valuation of Global-e was estimated at $3.6 billion at the time of issue.

Global-e is localizating eCommerce, creating a world in which every brand - no matter how big or small - can sell globally with the ease of selling locally. Global-e chose Space Cat to accompany them on their steep climb to the top, culminating with an IPO on Nasdaq. We helped out with a 25-minute roadshow video, a short company overview film, a customer testimonial video, and an opening bell movie which went live on a Times Square building (!). We dived deep into an investor presentation, hustled through three days of shooting in Israel + four days of shooting around the world - all while navigating several COVID-19 related lockdowns. We composed numerous graphs, crunched numbers, built intricate mazes - all to carve out one inspirational story of a trio who identified a problem and built the best solution for it. No bells. No whistles. Just results. The valuation of Global-e was estimated at $3.6 billion at the time of issue. Nir, Amir, Shahar - You’re an inspiration!
