Electricial: piping, cables, fittings, TVs etc and workmanship at least 6m

Standard 🇹🇷 security doors for exits and bedroom doors cheapest 5m

POP, screeding, painting and workmanship at least 6m

Roofing and parapet minimum 8m

Kitchen and bathroom fittings/piping/workmanship minimum 3m cheapest quality

Tiles at least 3m

16mm, 12mm, 10mm, bidding wire/ iron bender at least 10m

Cement for casting,block work, plastering at least 200bags a bag is 10,000 last time I bought times it by 200

Blocks: minimum of 2,000

Laborers: 3m


Excluding land, water, ENGR, building plan, kitchen cabinets, closets, curtains, foams, bedspread, pillows, kitchen appliances, soak-aways, and unforeseen expenses like transportation of the materials etc🤷‍♂️
