Tony Noonan lights up the sky of West Limerick over the Christmas season every year to bring joy and wonder to the thousands of visitors at his family home in Tullig North Templeglantine and all for charity. What started as a small gesture to raise vital funds for local charities has since become a success beyond our wildest dreams allowing us to raise over €275,000 through the kindness and genero

sity of our sponsors and visitors. We were runners up in 2017, and crowned champions again in 2019, winning a combined €9000 for our chosen charities. Last year, during the Christmas season of 2021, we raised over €28,600 for our 5 chosen charities (Milford Hospice, Blood Bikes Mid West, Limerick Su***de Watch, Recovery Haven Tralee & Parkinson’s Limerick). None of this would have been possible without the kindness and generosity of YOU, our visitors, our sponsors and our friends. We are so excited to be back again this year and will kick the season off on November 20th 2022 at 4pm with a very special guest. All to be revealed very soon, watch this space!!!!

Our Story

Tony Noonan has dedicated the past number of years collecting funds for local charities during the Christmas period with his Christmas light's display.

Our 2017 collection brought in €19,626 for local charities that are deserving of the money. This has been donated to six wonderful and deserving charities - Brothers of Charity Newcastle West, Adare Alzheimer's Branch, Milford Care Centre, C.R.Y. Monegea, Recovery Haven Tralee, and Brothers of Charity Foynes.

2016, saw a collection of €26,700, all going to local charities. During this year, he also won €4,000 from Energia after being awarded Energia's "Most Christmassy Home 2016"! All of which was given to the charity.
