Connacht have secured top seeding for the knockout stages of the EPCR European Challenge Cup after picking up their fourth bonus victory from as many games on Friday (17th January 2025) at Cardiff Arms Park.

The Irish U20 4x400M Relay team of Conor Kelly, David Davitt, Sean Doggett and Stephen Mannion finished 7th in the final of the World Championships in Lima overnight.
