Apple Inc. was sued Thursday by two employees in a class action lawsuit alleging the company paid more than 12,000 Californian female employees less than male employees holding comparable positions.
The lawsuit was filed in state court in San Francisco on behalf of two long-term female Apple employees, Justina Jong, a customer and technical training instructor, and Amina Salgado, currently a program manager with the tech giant.
