We're delighted to announce the tickets for this year's Kilkenny Animated Festival are NOW ON SALE!
This year’s festival has all the events you know and love, including Sketching Tours; Kids & Teens Workshops; Industry Talks and Masterclasses; Film Screenings - and some very exciting special guests!
Industry professionals and animation-lovers can look forward to a packed line-up of events with special guests including the creators of many iconic Disney characters we know and love, Glen Keane and John Musker; Imogen Sutton, wife and long-time collaborator of animation legend, Richard Williams; & Beryl creator and Emmy award winners, Joanna Quinn and Les Mills.
After the runaway success of 2023, this year's festival will also see a return of the popular Pathways to Animation strand for second-level and third-level students and recent graduates. More details on how to book tickets for these free events will be made available soon.
The programme is packed with exciting and entertaining events for young and old - and with 2024 being the 25th anniversary of Kilkenny’s own, multi-Academy Award nominated animation studio, Cartoon Saloon, guests are sure to enjoy the soon-to-be announced screenings and studio tours on this year’s programme - it’s shaping up to be very special.
