Maple and Sriracha-glazed Crispy Brussels Sprouts 🍁
Gaz says: “Honestly, I didn’t like sprouts until I made them this way. Coating them in cornflour before frying creates the most mind-blowing crispy texture, and just before serving, toss them in the glaze.”
