I am afraid of the unknown...
This is something I hear alot when I am working with people and helping them navigate through challenging situations in their life.
I came to realise a number of years ago that it wasn't the unknown or the new thing that I was afraid of.
I was afraid of what I was copying and pasteing into the unknown space.
It was the unconscious stories and beliefs I had about myself I was putting in there, which I never fact checked.
You know these stories, I'm not good enough, il Fail, il make a bollox of it and il look stupid. None of them were true.
It was also my resistance to actually feeling. I was afraid to feel fear, uncertainty, joy, happiness or possibility.
It was only when I began to observe my mind and the body mind and it's old programs that I got the opportunity to realise I can create my own reality and you can too.
So what are the stories you are telling your self about the unknown or that new thing you want to do?
Change your thinking, change your life.

Breathwork is an umbrella term that refers to a variety of breathing techniques and practices designed to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
It involves conscious control of breathing patterns to influence physiological and psychological states. Breathwork is often used for relaxation, stress reduction, emotional release, and personal growth, and it has roots in both ancient spiritual traditions and modern therapeutic practices.
Not all breathwork practices or techniques are suitable for every client. so it is extremely important that you match the breathwork practice to the clients needs.
It is important to me that my breath work sessions are inclusive for all, so here are some of the practices I use during my sessions with clients:
Nasal Breathing
Consciousness connected breathing
Physiological sigh
Down regulating breathing
Pranayama
Coherent breathing
Alternate nostril breathing
Humming bee breath
Box breathing

Anxiety is not a sign of weakness
I understand it's extremely hard and confusing for people to comprehend why someone would want to take their life by suicide. I would like to share with you how it looks from the inside, in the middle of a mind storm that may be going on for years for some people.
People need love, kindness and compassion not judgement or more pain.
