Thank you so much everyone who donated to the Fundraiser for women and Children in Gaza. We raised €1,500 for a brilliant charity in operation in Gaza. I have done quite a bit of research and found an appropriate charity still in operation in Gaza. https://www.pcrf.net PCRF is the primary humanitarian organization in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most. Access to essential resources like food, clean water, and healthcare is severely limited. Urgent action is needed. With your support, we can continue this vital work, ensuring that the over one million children of Gaza receive the urgent care they need and deserve.

I am holding a special Embodiment Tribe on Feb 24th as a fundraiser for women and children in Gaza. All proceeds will go directly to a charity in Gaza to protect women and children. The situation in Gaza is incredibly changeable so I will confirm the charity closer to the time, depending on which charity is functional in Gaza. I am in touch with people who have some contacts in Gaza so once its clear which reputable charity can use the funds I will confirm. You can donate and attend the dance or donate to support without needing to attend the dance. 4 out of 5 people in the world in famine or catastrophic type of hunger are in Gaza right now. 117 children killed each day. There are no functional hospitals remaining. You donations are very much appreciated.

For those wanting to know more about the relationship between the Movement Medicine practices and Polyvagal Theory I am holding a 6 week online course called Somatic Nature. I have been studying somatic therapy for 15 years and completed a year training with Deb Dana recently. The synergy between Movement Medicine and Polyvagal is seriously deep!
You don't have to attend the live sessions, you can followw the course in your own time. There is a really rich library of resources that you get access to with all things Polyvagal and Movement Medicine.

Last Sunday there were two Movement Medicine dances, one in Dublin and one in Totnes, Devon. My dear friends Rosie Perks, Jo Hardy, Christian De Souza, Ben Tree, Eliza Kenyon and Ben Yeger were holding a Movement Medicine Ceremony in Devon at the same time as I was holding a Movement Medicine prayer space in Dublin. We danced for peace and listening. We raised money for a beautiful organisation called Shelter Box (www.shelterbox.org)
In total we raised £3,494 (€4,190) for Shelterbox, ( in their own words: We are an organisation that provides shelter, essential items and technical assistance to help some of the world’s most vulnerable people recover and rebuild their homes after disaster. We listen and adapt our support to the needs of each community, working together with those affected by disaster, alongside our supporters and partners.) Thank you everyone who attended and donated. Really beautiful to be in this community, collaborative prayer.
