The Secret Place, the Throne of Grace, the Shadow of the Almighty or the right hand of God: the Holy designations do go on and on and human language will not fully express the holiness of our God, the Everlasting Father.

Some sure things, however, are that no one can enter the Secret Place who is not loved by God (loving God and others as a result), receptive of His discipline, living in peace with all men, in holiness and enjoying the company of the saints.

I knew this much: I did not know where to look. Reminiscing on it now, I believe it was a defining moment in my walk with God. I think I needed to feel as alone as I did in those moments to realize that I was not alone.
