✍️ Entries Open ✍️

Today is the day entries for our 'Twisted Tales' Anthology are now open. Stories should be a max of 2,500 words and be a twisted fairytale or myth.

You must be over 18 and living in Ireland to enter.

To enter simply pay the entry fee using the QR Code below, fill in your form and email your story, form and proof of entry receipt to:

Entry Fee: €7

Cash Prizes will be won by our top 3 entries.

Publication in anthology for top 20 entries.

Twisted Tales Anthology Contest will open this Wednesday at 12pm. If you have a story to share that takes a fairytale or myth and gives it twist we'd love to hear from you.

Entries cost €7

Entry forms will be posted when the contest opens.

✍️Short Story Competition ✍️

In Summer 2025 we will be releasing an anthology of twisted fairytales.

What is a twisted fairytale?

It's a story that takes an existing fairytale or myth and twists it in unexpected way. A popular example is the 'Once Upon a Time' tv show or 'Wicked' by Gregory Maguire

Competition guidelines

To enter our anthology contest your story must be a twisted fairytale with a maximum word count of 2500.

You must be over 18 to enter.

There is a entry fee to be paid via PayPal

The top 3 entries will receive a cash prize and publication in our anthology.

A number of runner up entries will also make it into 'Twisted Tales'

Competition will open on December 18th and close March 28th.

Winners will be announced in May 2025 and publication will be released in Aug 2025.
