1. Journaling - Getting down on paper whatβs in my head has been an amazing mood booster for me.
2. Herbal Tea - I feel like this is down to the tea making process. Taking a breath and listening to the kettle boil and the water hit the tea is soothing.
3. Making the Kids Lunches - Similar to the above, itβs the process I love. It grounds me and allows me to appreciate preparing a meal for my kids.
4. Music - This has been one since Iβve been very young. Listening to a broad range of genres, music picks me up instantly.
