She started out in Tulsk in Co Roscommon at Hilltop Dairies and the full report is on RTÉ Radio 1 just after 8 -Saturday ( Nov 10)

Brenda Donohue on the Galway Food Tour
These days #Galway has an enviable reputation for good food: 2 Michelin Star restaurants at the top end! And this is a huge boost for local producers and farmers and, naturally, for the tourist business.
To illustrate how this is working for the city, Brenda Donohue, joined a group of tourists on a two hour walking food tour of Galway.
Founder of Galway Food Tours , Sheena Dignam, took them on a journey which went from oysters to cheese, sushi to crab, doughnuts to strawberry tarts, local beers and much more.
Brenda met Sheena and the hungry tourists on Shop Street and the culinary extravaganza began. You can hear the full report on the show Sat (20th) from 8.10 RTÉ Radio 1
