- June = the @corkcitymarathon 🏃🏻♂️ About time I did the full marathon. Sub 4 hours seems like a fair target. 🙈

- September = another bout in the ring if I can find one. Otherwise that bonus Uktramarathon might be filling in the gap. 🙈

Oct/November = the official Dublin @hyroxworld 🏋🏻🏃🏻♂️ the aim here is to get myself down to below 1:15 for an official @hyroxuk 🤞🏼
