The last few years have been very up and down for me, for a number of reasons, but the last year and a bit has been a decent change, both physically and mentally. 🙌🏼

Nothing too insane, but a nice steady drop over time. I’m not out here trying to enter a Mr. Olympia, but I think it’s something really realistic anyone out there who wants to lose weight could also easily achieve.💪🏼 64lbs down in approx 60 weeks isn’t much more than 1lb a week, and small changes can easily make that happen.👌🏼

Huge shout out to @mycoresupplements as well. About 15 months ago when I walked in and told them what I was planning on doing and asked what supplements they think I should take, there was no judgement. just really solid advice the whole time, and they’ve been great to me ever since. ☺️👌🏼
