Define the Core Problem and Solution
Start with the basics. Don't fall in love with a technology; fall in love with the problem you're solving.
Problem Statement: Clearly articulate the pain point your customers experience. Who are they? What do they struggle with?
The MVP Solution (Minimum Viable Product): Define the absolute smallest set of features needed to solve the core problem. This is where you focus your initial tech exploration. Avoid feature creep!
Unique Value Proposition (UVP): Why is your solution better, faster, or cheaper than the alternatives (even if the alternative is doing nothing)?
