The company was initially set up using Sean’s initials and having built an exceptional reputation over the past 10 years, and with the company’s growth and expanded team, it was time to refresh their brand to reflect their strong, leading market presence.

The new BLDG identity embodies their boutique approach, professionalism, and commitment to offering relevant advice to clients when naivigating their pathway in property . Their Skerries-based team now stands even stronger as BLDG, bringing tailored services to each project.

ntroducing the branding we crafted for Harbour Meadows, Mullingar’s newest residential development 🏡✨

👉 The logo design blends modernity with nature, perfectly capturing the essence of this tranquil canal-side community.
👉 The ‘H’ features clean, straight lines contrasted with a wavy line inspired by the nearby canal, symbolizing the harmony between contemporary living and the natural environment.
👉 A subtle green wave on top adds to the water theme, while shades of green throughout the logo reflect the lush surroundings and calm atmosphere of Harbour Meadows.

From exterior shots to custom infographics, every detail is meticulously crafted to showcase the property.

Our design process followed the client’s brief, resulting in an impactful logo inspired by the strong link and connection of the property’s location, using the initial letters of the property’s name, SH.

With a ‘close to nature’ colour scheme of deep greens and blues, we captured the essence of Silverstone House’s surroundings. 🌿

The brochure integrates detailed floor plans, a custom location map, and captivating infographics, which creates an engaging visual experience.

As part of the marketing materials, we also created an emailer in line with the same design style

When designing this brochure, we integrated a sleek icon that combines the initial letters ‚B’ and ‚R’ from the property’s address. Additionally, we placed an aerial image front and centre on the cover to showcase the property’s remarkable size.

We created a visual brochure for 35 Shelbourne Road, designed to attract prospective tenants and showcase the outstanding professional opportunities it offers.

For the cover we created a line drawing of the building facade highlighting its architectural elegance and modern design.

Throughout the brochure, we have incorporated visually appealing photographs, a well-designed schedule of accommodation, and informative infographics, all highlighting the sleek and professional work environment, efficient layout, and flexible floor plans. The accompanying map illustrates the convenience of working at 35 Shelbourne Road, with nearby restaurants, shops, and transportation links easily accessible, guaranteeing an unmatched working experience.

We recently photographed the internals and externals of the prestigious 35 Shelbourne Road, capturing its contemporary design and functional layout throughout 📸

The external photos highlighted the unique architectural elements of the building, such as the distinctive coloured glass facade. We also included the street view and neighbouring buildings to provide context and a sense of the office's location in the bustling area of Dublin 4.

The internal photography focused on the contemporary design elements, such as 6-storey atrium, the stylish furniture, and modern fixtures, emphasising the functional layout of the offices and the efficient use of the space.
