Hello to all members 🙏 We are making our lovely family home available to market and are happy to meet people that may want to rent or buy a family home in Jimbaran. There are 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms including full maid or workers quarters. We have full Australian free to air television throughout the place which is great for keeping up with the latest news and fantastic for the kids with all ABC kids channels free forever. There is a great outdoor entertainment area and a huge pool to float around or do laps should you wish, either way the kids spend hours in the pool 🤽‍♂️🏊‍♀️🤣 The house is Fully airconned with ceiling fans in each room the same. A modern kitchen with gas oven, separate laundry plus a small workshop shed 👍 There's lots of parking for cars and motorbikes and the home is very secure with full cameras to watch everything 24/7. The gardens are tropical and lush like you would imagine after 20 plus years of work with sensational light scaping making it an amazing place in the night time. We have 3 massive sweet mangoe trees and a huge advocado tree that all give big big crops throughout the year 🥑🥭🥑🥭The total land size is 6.5are which is a big holding for Bali. There are 24 hour Macdonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut about a 5 minute drive away with Jimbaran Bay or Nusa Dua beach taking about the same time in the car. There are heaps of shops and stores for everything you need with the world class BIMC hospital less than a 10 minute drive from the house. The airport is about 10 minutes drive also.
We have had the property for 20 plus years and are now heading to Thailand to work with clients and to be closer to family.
