“Those two days changed my life.
I had never considered a career in web dev, to be honest I didn’t really even know what coding was but a friend forwarded me your website in a weekend challenge and I thought hey why not give it a shot?
It’s not an exaggeration to say that those two days changed my life. They sparked a fire in me for coding and I fell in love with it from the very first lines I wrote. By the end of the weekend I wasn’t just hooked I was excited - something I hadn’t felt about my 9-to-5 job in a very long time.
I was nervous to take a new passion and turn it into a career but I decided that’s life’s too short, so I enrolled in the digital bootcamp and the rest is history. I get to wake up every day and do something creative I love, and get paid for it. I’m working with the best clients and my business is growing and if it wasn’t for that two day weekend of coding I would probably still be stuck in a cubicle… so thank you.”
— conversations with an IOC alumni this week got us in the feels. It’s been a little while since we’ve hosted a live event, so with our next web dev digital bootcamp starting in Feb we thought it could be fun to host another beginner friendly coding workshop.
We want to make sure we have the resources to give every student one-on-one support so this will be a ticketed event and to help everyone have the opportunity to try coding for themselves and build a live website from scratch, we’re giving away the first 100x tickets to our live Website in a Weekend event on the 6th & 7th January for free (general admission tickets will be $150).

We’re like no school you’ve ever been to before - trust us. Our immersive, one-of-a-kind courses connect students with leading industry experts and trainers in an accelerated learning environment.
Over 10 days in a luxury pool villa, we take an ambitious group of budding and established entrepreneurs, designers, marketers - with little to no technical experience - and teach them how to build beautiful responsive websites, wield a camera, create inspirational Instagram feeds, write 12 month business strategies and more.
Our courses are hands-on and project based, meaning students will be coding, shooting, writing, pitching and strategising – you name it – from the very first day. By the end of your chosen course, you will have measurable results – perhaps a portfolio of 2-3 responsive websites or some content marketing jobs lined up. Not bad, right?
We work hard on bootcamp but we also provide plenty of downtime and luxury touches to get you in ‘the zone’. Between an on-site chef whipping up delicious meals to blissful yoga lessons and intrepid explorations of Canggu, you’ll walk away from this experience inspired and ready to take on the world.
