Here at VM we have an experienced professional crew which can provide a high-standard support to our models and we deem it very important to also provide this world class service to our clients. In order to achieve that we check our models regularly
and update their measurements and photos on our website. We prepare a career plan for every single one of our models taking into account the strength, development areas and the personal circumstances. Having considered all factors we develop a short and long term strategy for everybody, which is reviewed respectively at least on a yearly basis. We think that with this personal management we can foster and support our models to reach their full potential and to achieve the set goals step-by-step. Never forget we plan long term with each of our models, therefore endurance is the key than success lies in continuous yet gradual improvement. Our models need to be able to look through their expenses and income at every point in time. We also are firm in the use of only 10-20% commission (international-domestic). We use this to maintain our staff, office, website, meetings internationally and to be available 24-7 to support our models. The people we believe in can start a modeling career without any financial investment from their side.
