Guys, take a look at my first personal project since the dark times of Covid:)
This pilot, helmed by my good friend Tom Paulic of the CIC - The International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation and featuring János Mizsei of MÁK restaurant in Budapest, aims to highlight the pros of using sustainably sourced game meats in gastronomy. We hope to continue this work featuring chefs as well as local traditions from across the globe.
