Hardware Technician - Sports Technology - munkatársat keresünk

Az általános hardver- és projektszállítási munkához igazodó Hardver csapat tagjaként, a szerepe az lenne, hogy segítse a termékek hatékony szállítását számos sportágban (legfőképp labdarúgásban), amelyek a világ minden pontjára kiterjednek.

Különböző Hawk-Eye rendszerek, különféle módon történő felépítésén kellene dolgozni, bemutató készleteket karbantartani a játékvezetői képzésekhez.
Kutatási és fejlesztési feladatok elvégzése a Hawk-Eye, folyamatosan bővülő hardverkészletének javítása érdekében és segít a testre szabott berendezések gyártásában.

Emberként önálló, jó kommunikációs és szervezőkészséggel rendelkező ember lennél, aki élénken érdeklődik a tanulás és a csapattal való együttműködés iránt. Képes vagy módszeresen megközelíteni a feladatokat, jó problémamegoldó képességgel. Minden nap más lesz, ezért proaktívnak kell lenni a munkához való hozzáállásában, képesnek kell lenni a feladatok közötti váltogatásra és az idő hatékony beosztására.

Főbb feladatok, munkák:
- Hardverfeladatok elvégzése a Hardver-menedzsment csapat által kijelölt módon

- Alapvető rendelési és készletellenőrzési funkciók elvégzése a Hardver-menedzsment csoport által kijelölt módon

- Nagyobb projektek, részfeladatok a Hardver-menedzsment csapatának irányításával

- Hardverrel kapcsolatos támogatás biztosítása az Operatív csapatoknak és szükség esetén távoli támogatás a Támogatási és Karbantartási asszisztens menedzsere irányítása alatt

- Elemző információk nyújtása a hardverhibákról, kivizsgálásról és az alternatív megoldásokról

- Felelős a termelőszint és egyéb hasznosított területek általános takarításáért

- Projektekre fordított idő jelentésének leadása

- A berendezésgyártás minőségbiztosítási/minőség ellenőrzési folyamatának alapvető része (QA/QC)

- A logisztikai csoporttal való egyeztetés, logisztikai kérdésekben és megoldásokban

Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások:
- A szerepkör megkívánja az új készségek elsajátítására és új ismeretek megszerzésére való hajlandóságot, hogy lefedje a folyamatosan fejlődő hardvertechnológiákat, amelyeket minden részleg használ

- Jó kommunikációs és szervezőkészség

- Képes önállóan és csapatban is dolgozni
- Átfogó hardverdokumentáció készítése és karbantartása

- Igény szerint jelentés és eszkaláció a vezetőség felé

- Szorgalmas és szervezett megközelítést kell tanúsítania a műszaki problémák megoldásában, és egyértelmű megoldásokat kell biztosítania, beleértve a csereberendezéseket is, a rendelkezésre álló határidőn belül

- Felelősséget kell vállalni saját munkájukért, szabványaikért és képzési programjukért

Responsibilities:

Perform porterage tasks as assigned by the Management Team
Use Stock Control functions as assigned by the Management Team
Process requests from operational staff and pick items from warehouse
Working with Logistics Team and external couriers to arrange deliveries and dispatches, as well as receiving deliveries
Arrange deliveries of equipment for various operational departments
Support engineering and project teams in transporting kits between locations in the Budapest office and warehouse
Prioritise workload to ensure that delivery deadlines are met
Follow Health and Safety requirements and actively encourage peers to follow these processes
Testing and correct storage of PC components
Monitor equipment safety records and sign-off checksheets
Sorting and recycling of refuse, communicating with the Sony facilities teams to ensure the safe removal of refuse
General organising and tidying of the warehouse

We are recruiting to fill Systems Operator roles within our expanding operations in Hungary. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology as part of a young and dynamic team. The role involves the setup and operation of our system at the HawkEye Hungarian regional hub and at on-site locations both across Hungary and in Europe for Hawk-Eye services. We will equip you with the technical training, support and full exposure to our systems to perform your day to day tasks but also encourage development and progression to help make an impact on what we do.
RESPONSIBILITIES »
Setting up a goal line and video review system technology
Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures
Liaising with football officials, stadium/club personnel, match officials and host broadcasters both on-site and remotely
Monitoring and operating the system during the match
Work with match officials, responding to their requests for replays and quickly delivering them the best possible angles to make crucial decisions
Analyzing software performances, being able to troubleshoot and report encountered issues
Building and maintaining our hardware and equipment including being able to ask for replacements to the management team and/or purchasing new or replacement parts
Organizing your logistics for traveling between stadiums locations as and when required
Requirements
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU »
A strong technical background, ideally in IT or Broadcast
Ideally with a university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or with relevant equivalent experience
Bright and enterprising with excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, responsible attitude and ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
Time management skills and ability to work in a high pressure, procedural, live broadcast environment
Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner with attention to good communication.
An interest in sport and/or sports analysis, ideally with a good knowledge of football and the rules of the game
Experience working with VT/replay technology desirable, or live event / technical production
High proficiency in English language required
Able to adapt to flexible working conditions with irregular working days including weekends and longer days
Prepared to travel within Hungary and further afield in Europe
Driving license required (B category)

The fleet currently consists of over 120 vehicles, which are equipped to deliver services at major sporting events such as football, cricket and rugby.

Reporting into the Football Operations Manager, the Fleet Coordinator will work with the Operations Managers and Project Leads across Europe to ensure Hawk-Eye deliver vehicle based operations successfully, on-time and to budget.

They will also work closely with the other teams for new vehicle builds (procurement, registration, checks and general timescales) and the H&S Manager for damage / accident management and monitoring of Driving Policies, Driver Training Programmes and GPS Vehicle Tracking system.

Contract: Freelance/Consultant with an option for permanent employment after 6 months

Start Date: Nov/Dec 2020

Responsibilities :

Pro-active vehicle maintenance schedules;
Coordinate response for breakdowns or issues, including booking repairs or maintenance work;
Scheduling new vehicle procurement with build team and operational team;
New vehicle registration and adherence to legal requirements (via Fleet Administrator);
Oversee schedule of electrical testing, fire extinguisher checks etc;
Liaise with 3rd parties e.g. fleet insurance, breakdown;
Oversee vehicle tracking (in-built GPS), security and driver management, fuel cards; and
Liaise with logistics and operations teams for scheduling of van movements
If other duties allow and based upon requirement, individuals may be required to perform operational duties.
Requirements
Excellent communication and administration skills, performed with a high level of attention to detail;
English language (intermediate level) spoken and written;
Ability to perform tasks under pressure and balance many tasks simultaneously;
Flexibility and adaptability – the responsibilities and priorities for this role can change on a weekly or sometimes daily basis.
Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative;
0-1 years of experience (this is an entry-level position applicant without previous experience are welcome)
Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/locations
Driving license required (B category);
