🌼🍁 Yet Another Spring (Bass) is Upon us 🍁🌼

After 40 years of growing in our back yard, one big walnut tree started drying up and undermining our workshop foundations, so we decided to put it to a good use and transform a little piece of it into one of our spring basses.

P.S. If anyone is interested, There are few more boards waiting for their turn. ;)

It is so much fun to work simontaniously on two projects that are completely different in every aspect.

Black sub-bass will be paired with those custom painted mint pickups. Should be interesting, don't you think? 🤗

🤩 Custom paint job of Delano JC 4 HE/M2 turned out great, so I just might start doing it for more builds 😁

This mint green will look so good against black background.

Another sub-bass almost finished and I cant wait to share the finished instrument with all of you 🤩

First time ever playing baritone sax. It was so much fun! 😁

🎸New Lignum Single Cut Series🎸
Recently I have finished designing our first Lignum Single cut model, and it will range anywhere from 23'' to 42'' scale, both headed and headless versions.
Let's start with the smallest one.
This one is a 23'' scale bass, and it will be tuned to standard 5 string tuning (B0,E1,A1,D2,G2). It is still work in progress (but I was to eager to share it). So far I have finished milling of both body and fretboard, but still haven't glued them together. Also, I have sanded sharp edges just to get a better feeling of how the contours turned out. There is still a lot of work to be done to prepare it for the satine 2k poly, and assembly. When I finish the instrument, I will talk a bit more about the parts that I am using (for now, I will only say that it should be fun little, but powerful instrument).
