The house is situated in the open country as well as in a very quiet area and offers a marvellous ambience for individuals in need of a rest. The distance to the nearest beach is 20meters, while the distance for a very beautiful sand beach which is ideal for children is 150 metres. The house has 3 apartments. They dispose of a kitchen, a living room, separated bedrooms with folding beds, bathroom
with shower, SAT-television , air conditioning, dish-washer and a terrace. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars. Next there is the possibility to use the washing machine. There are several restaurants round around the vacation house, supermarkets, caffe-bars and discos, also a bank and a post office is in the closeness. Because of the mild climate and the mistral, which blows in the summer, it is a perfect location for sailing and wind surfing.
