I was lucky enough to record this virtuoso on drums last Sunday for a new composition, also the no less famous bass guitarist, composer and arranger Jeff Berlin in my studio with a top pianist who plays in the same range as these greats. Thank you so much guys!

Kruno Matus has a recording studio in Krizevci, Croatia where he recorded a new tune of mine with Dennis Chambers on drums and Jorge Vera. Kruno's studio talent equals those of any engineer anywhere. The drums were fabulous and the bass tone was punchy and clean.

Jeff Berlin and Jorge Vera Aguilera KumStudio balcony 😀

While in Croatia, Jorge Vera Aguilera and Dennis Chambers juat finished recording a new track of mine It's pretty darn funky! The bassline is different in that there practically isn't a note off in the whole tune. Five minutes (give or take) of non-stop bass ostinato over different chords inspired by an old boogey woogey left handed piano part from some tune that I heard years ago recorded in the 1940's.
