Brian, trained in culinary arts, began his career at Moxie as an intern and, through his resilience, now works there full-time, perfecting his craft. 🍰

Toeby, with a passion for cooking, started his journey with a one-day trial at Heimat, which led to a full-time role as a Kitchen Commis at Soho House Hong Kong. 🍽️

Ann, a vibrant individual with Down Syndrome, thrived in temporary placements at r é n and The Coffee Academics, eventually landing a permanent role at Shake Shack, where her hard work shines every day. 🏅

Founded in 2023, is a social enterprise focused on empowering disadvantaged young people in Hong Kong. By providing work opportunities in exclusive kitchens and other industries, r é n creates pathways to success.
