Entertainment aside, the show will also take a deep dive into the global topic of ocean sustainability. Shark Symphony is presented by City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong (CCOHK), the award-winning makers of WILD (The Musical) and Bug Symphony. The storyline follows two businessmen who operate an underwater restaurant. The establishment takes a nosedive when shark fin soup is served at a wedding banquet. Through captivating performances and a stellar cast from Hong Kong and Finland, the show will challenge audiences to question who the real predators of the sea really are: humans or sharks? Co-directed by Hong Kong-based award-winning producer Leanne Nicholls and award-winning Norwegian actor Morten Rudå, the cast includes actors Perrin Pang, Michael Sharmon, Jessica Ng, Jacqueline Gourlay Grant, Marc Ngan, and former Hong Kong Disneyland performer Crisel Consunji.
