Responsibilities

- Serve as day-to-day contact for existing clients or new potential clients
- Communicate with the client and understand what their needs are
- Build trust and reputation and demonstrate professional knowledge to the client
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices
- Always pay attention to business opportunity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in sales, marketing, account management or customer success
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin preferred as well
