拍攝莫桑石，因為它的火彩要比鑽石強，製作時花了很多工夫。

莫桑石外觀和重量與鑽石非常相似，在歐美都視莫桑石為新型鑽石的替代品。GIA寶石鑑定證書會註明它的寶石類別為 Laboratory-Grown Moissanite Diamond。

莫桑鑽均為人工合成，因為它的內部結構、外觀都與鑽石驚人相似，用一般的熱導儀去檢測，也會被判定為天然鑽石，在很多人眼裡是難以與鑽石區分。
