We are seeking a Project Manager to join our creative team. We’re looking for someone who can manage complex creative projects with precision and adaptability, working closely with directors and the team to ensure smooth project delivery.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and detail orientation. You’ll drive projects forward while maintaining oversight of team capacity and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project roadmaps from client briefing to final delivery.
• Identify challenges and opportunities across projects, solving issues proactively.
• Serve as the team’s knowledge hub for active and upcoming projects.
• Foster a collaborative environment balancing creativity and operational efficiency.
• Anticipate potential roadblocks and adjust plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with directors and creatives to align creative goals with practical constraints.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring their needs are met through our creative solutions.
• Proactively manage client expectations and address concerns.
• Oversee accurate and timely invoicing.
• Support designers by managing timelines and client interactions.
• Provide relevant project context and strategy to inform creative work.
• Regularly update partners on project status, team performance, and challenges.
• Manage partners’ schedules, including high-priority meetings.
• Draft proposals, including scope of work, timelines, and fee structures.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing creative projects in a design or agency setting.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Slack, FunctionFox).
• Understanding of branding and design processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
