Spent an amazing day exploring the beautiful island of Nisyros. We docked at the charming municipal marina and set off to discover the island’s volcanic wonders.

Walking inside the Stefanos crater was a surreal experience, feeling the warmth and smelling the sulfur. Highly recommend this gem in the Aegean. 🌞✨

The small islet of Kameriye in the Aegean Sea near Marmaris will soon become the main center of wedding tourism in Turkey. This is because a few years ago an Orthodox church was discovered on the island, which is about 1800 years old. The dilapidated church, according to historians, may even claim the role of the second house of the Virgin Mary in Turkey (today it is believed that the house of the Virgin Mary, where she spent the last years of her life, is located in Ephesus - a small chapel was erected in its place)

All the trees on the island have been converted into a "wish tree", covered with pieces of cloths. During the season, almost 1000 visitors come here every day.

Would highly recommend this place for a visit

Almost 2 thousand years ago, Mark Anthony, as a proof of his immense love, presented the island to Cleopatra, which turned it into a paradise and a secret meeting place. Despite the unearthly beauty of natural landscapes and the turquoise sea, the capricious Cleopatra was not satisfied: the coastal sand was too coarse for her delicate skin.
To please the tsarina, the emperor made an unprecedented surprise for his lover: he ordered several ships with sand to be delivered to the beach. According to legend, smooth, silky white sand is found only in Egypt, so it is the beach that makes this place unique.
