Το Underflow Record Store & Art Gallery έχει τη χαρά και την τιμή να ανακοινώνει την επίσημη κυκλοφορία του δεύτερου δίσκου του: Το ντεμπούτο άλμπουμ των s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ ‎με τίτλο untrue, το οποίο θα κυκλοφορήσει την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου 2018.

Οι s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ είναι ένα ηλεκτρικό minimal rock τρίο. Τα μέλη του έχουν αναμειχθεί σε διάφορα μουσικά σχήματα μέσα στα χρόνια, στην Αθήνα, την υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.

Η τυπική αρχή έγινε το 2016. Τα κομμάτια του πρώτου τους δίσκου με τον τίτλο untrue γράφτηκαν σχεδόν προσχηματικά, με σκοπό να γνωριστούν μουσικά μεταξύ τους.
Η παραγωγή του λαμβάνει χώρα τους πρώτους μήνες του 2017 στο studio Suono του παραγωγού και μουσικού Coti K. (The Man From Managra), όντας το πρώτο album που στήνεται εξ ολοκλήρου εκεί με τη φροντίδα του Coti K.

Φτιαγμένο στα τυφλά σημεία ανάμεσα στην αρμονία και τη δυσαρμονία, ξεγλιστρώντας από τη συναισθηματική ορθότητα, το untrue στέκεται πιο οικεία δίπλα σε έννοιες όπως η ταχύτητα και η ένταση, το φως και η σκιά, μιλώντας για καταστάσεις από ένα εσώτερο διάστημα, την πυρετική αίσθηση μιας βιοχημικής εμπειρίας.

Το untrue είναι ένας ηλεκτρισμένος δίσκος, μουσική για εκείνους που γλιστράνε απαρατήρητοι έξω από το μυαλό τους.

Κυκλοφορεί σε 500 αντίτυπα κλασικού μαύρου βινυλίου (140 γρ. , 12”) από το Underflow Records (Underflow Record Store & Art Gallery).

Αυτόν τον καιρό, οι s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ φτιάχνουν το προσχέδιο για μια δεύτερη κυκλοφορία πιθανώς μέχρι και το τέλος του 2019.

We are happy to announce our second vinyl release: Τhe debut album by s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ entitled untrue which will be available on 1 September 2018.

s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ is an electric minimal rock trio. Its members have been involved in various groups throughout the years in Athens, the rest of Greece and abroad.

s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ manifested itself for the first time in 2016. The tracks of their debut album untrue came together as a way to acquaint with each other musically. The record was produced in the first months of 2017 at Suono, a studio in downtown Athens operated by producer and musician Coti K. (The Man From Managra), being the very first record produced there under the man’s supervision.

Hitting the blind spots between harmony and dissonance, untrue evades explicit feelings to evoke ideas of speed and heat, light and shade, a sense of inner space and biochemical rush.

untrue is music for those who sit in the corner going quietly out of their minds.

It is released in glorious black vinyl (140 gram, 12”) by Underflow Records (Underflow Record Store & Art Gallery) in 500 copies.

s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ is currently putting together a second collection of tracks, hopefully to be released by the end of 2019.
