Αγαπημένοι φίλοι και ακροατές.
Μέσα απο την καρδιά μας σας ευχόμαστε Χρόνια καλά και όμορφα, γεμάτα υγεία και χαρές.
Δυσκολευόμαστε πολύ να κρατήσουμε τον σταθμό ζωντανό και οι δυσκολίες οικονομικές και μή είναι μεγάλες.
Σταθμός που δημιουργήθηκε καθαρά από αγάπη για την μπλουζ μουσική και τους δημιουργούς της χωρίς κανένα έσοδο.
Θα προσπαθήσουμε όσο μπορούμε και την χρονιά που έρχεται να συνεχίσουμε να κρατάμε συντροφιά στους λιγοστούς φίλους που μας ακούν ανελλιπώς καθημερινά.

R.I.P great Anna Mae Bullock, AKA Tina Turner...
November 26, 1939 – May 24, 2023

In 2013, three weeks after her wedding to Erwin Bach, she suffered a stroke and had to learn to walk again. In 2016, she was diagnosed with intestinal cancer. Turner opted for homeopathic remedies to treat her high blood pressure. Her hypertension resulted in damage to her kidneys and eventual kidney failure. Her chances of receiving a kidney were low, and she was urged to start dialysis. She considered assisted su***de and signed up to be a member of Exit, but Bach offered to donate a kidney for her transplant. Turner had kidney transplant surgery on April 7, 2017.

On May 24, 2023, Turner died at her home in Küsnacht, Switzerland, aged 83, following a long illness, including cancer, strokes, and kidney failure in her final years....

But when the family brought their travels to a halt alongside a hidden stream or within a safe wood to light their cookfire, they called him only by his Romany name. Even among his fellow Gypsies, "Django" was a strange name, a strong, telegraphic sentence due to its first-person verb construction. It was a name of which Django was exceedingly proud. It bore an immediacy, a sense of life, and a vision of destiny.”
