He spends some of his rare rest time with a group of Ga__za children inside the hospital talking to them and memorizing the Holy Quran,

▪️He faced very hard times until he was able with the medical delegations to reach Ga_za months ago, and performed a lot of delicate operations, for children, and when it was time to leave the medical mission, he preferred to stay.

Not only that, but he was able to reach the north of the Ga_za Strip in light of the targeting of everyone who crosses, to be almost the only child surgeon in the besieged north of Ga^za.
He worked day and night with medical delegations, performing more than a hundred difficult surgeries in one month.
Where more than 40,000 mar😓tyrs and more than 100,000 woun😓ded in less than one year!

May Allah accept from him and we ask Alalh to reward him the best reward and all the volunteer medical delegations from Islamic countries

The Gambia has been recognized as the fourth most generous country in the world, according to the 2024 World Giving Index published by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). This significant achievement highlights the nation's deep-rooted culture of generosity, community spirit, and commitment to helping those in need.

The World Giving Index, the leading global study on generosity, examines how people across the globe engage in social activities that benefit their communities. The report is based on data collected from Gallup’s World View World Poll, which surveys over 100 countries on three key aspects of giving behaviour: helping a stranger, donating money to charity, and volunteering time to an organization.

This year's index underscores the remarkable spirit of giving in the small West African nation, shining alongside fellow African nations Kenya, which ranked second, and Nigeria, which came in fifth. Senegal, on the other hand, has been placed 44th on the list. Indonesia maintains its position as the most generous country for the seventh consecutive time.

Neil Heslop OBE, Chief Executive of the Charities Aid Foundation, emphasized the importance of such global generosity, stating, "The generosity of people around the world is evident in CAF’s latest World Giving Index, with the global index score at its joint highest level, only previously matched during the pandemic. The research demonstrates how people from all continents and cultures remain ready to help those in need during a year of continued economic and humanitarian challenges."

The report also outlines recommendations for governments, international funders, and civil society organizations to further promote and sustain global giving. Among these are calls for fair and consistent regulation of civil society organizations, the creation of incentives for giving, and the importance of building sustainable support systems within local communities.

Medical workers say 22 people were killed since dawn in the enclave as the Israeli military stepped up operations in Deir el-Balah in central Gaza and Khan Younis in the south.

Thousands of Palestinians fled parts of Deir el-Balah as the Israeli military issued new evacuation orders, and its forces advanced deeper into the overcrowded central city.

The UN agency for Palestinian refugees decried a “horrific attack” on another school-turned-shelter in northern Gaza City. At least four people were killed in the Israeli assault on Salah al-Din School.

US President Joe Biden spoke to Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and emphasised the “urgency” of reaching a truce amid reports of an impasse in the ongoing talks.

At least 40,265 people have been killed and 93,144 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza. An estimated 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the Hamas-led attacks on October 7 and more than 200 were taken captive.

Saudi Arabia Funds the Rehabilitation of a Regional Hospital in Ghana

President Akufo-Addo commissions the rehabilitated and refurbished Bolgatanga Regional Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility.

The project was facilitated by the Saudi Government through a $52 million concessional loan from the Saudi Fund for Development.

This modern hospital, equipped with advanced medical infrastructure including a new mothers' hostel, staff accommodation, and a cutting-edge medical gas building, is poised to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Upper East Region.
