Last week we were delighted to receive a colleague from the Ministry of Inclusion and Social Security of Spain.

Paola Martínez Girón, auditor an expert in Social Security and Social Protection, has been doing 1 week of technical assistance in the Protection Secretariat under the Office of the Vice President - The Gambia

A series of exchanges of knowledge and good practices and dialogues with different officials and stakeholders have taken place with the aim of exploring the pathway to boost social protection and social security in The Gambia.

This is part of the broader program of technical assistances that the Government of Spain is offering to The Gambia in the areas of their interest.

And then this: Earlier today I had a fruitful meeting with H.E. Violeta Insa Enai, Chargée d’Affaires and Head of the Spanish Diplomatic Mission in The Gambia at her office at Fajara.

As a result of Ketp, news parks, libraries, markets and other environmentaly sustainable buildings are arising around the Municipality.

Our deepest gratitude and respect to the Staff of the Gambian Embassy in Spain for supporting the victims of the Floods in Valencia. The whole team, including Ambassador Noah Touray were helping on the ground.
