God approves of all that he created. He said, ‘It is good’. Many people feel worthless, insecure and of no value. But God did not create rubbish. God created you. He loves you and approves of you. He may not approve of everything you do, but he loves you unconditionally, wholeheartedly and continually.

*MY DEVOTIONAL (Back in the day Christians)*

Sometimes you hear some Christians touting how they used to be on fire for the Lord. They recount some of their exploits for the Cause of Christ; even how spirit-filled their personal devotions were, and how they used to hear the voice of God directly. Others too do not tell anybody that experience they used to have but they know deep down that their spiritual altitude and works now is nothing to write home about as compared to back in the day.

Anybody who is able to tell a story of better spiritual and religious performance or works of the past is fallen or fast falling. Your present exploits for your Master should exceed the past or at worst, be the same. No living Christian should gloat about the wonderful works he used to do for the Lord.

If that is your testimony, the Lord bids you today to arise from where you have fallen and glow in exploits for the Lord. And if you have never been hot for the Lord, now is the time because time is running out for Christ to return for His own who are committed to Him. Heaven is not for nominal Christians.

_*Revelations 2:5*_
_Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent._

*MY DEVOTIONAL (God knows His own)*

What do you think about locusts invading a whole territory and just restricting themselves to just some portion of farmlands and leaving other lush portions of the same territory untouched? How about a serious army of house flies invading a territory and choosing not to fly to some quarters of the same land? Is it likely to happen? These are insects we are talking about that can fly at will without restriction, provided there is food for them to feed on.

And yet, this is exactly what happened with the plagues that God unleashed on the people of Egypt when Pharaoh stubbornly refused to let the Hebrew people go out of the house of bo***ge. God specifically excluded the Hebrew people and their territory from the ravages of each plague. God was able to make only the water bodies passing through the territory of the Egyptians turn into blood. Meaning, even if it was the same water body, as it gets to the Egyptian side, it will be blood but as it hits the Hebrew side it will turn to clean water. Is it not amazing?

If God was able to talk to flies and locusts to restrict themselves to Egyptians, and indeed, these insects were able to decipher nationalities and vegetations of certain class of people, do you doubt that God can protect you in spite of whatever challenges may come upon the system and on your way, especially, if you are going on God’s errand? Why do you entertain fear, particularly, if God sends you on missions of witnessing? God definitely knows His own, and insofar as you remain under His wings, you shall safely abide (Psalm 91:1).

_*Exodus 8:22 (NKJV)*_
_And in that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, in which My people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there, in order that you may know that I am the LORD in the midst of the land._

_*Exodus 9:4 (NKJV)*_
_And the LORD will make a difference between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt. So nothing shall die of all that belongs to the children of Israel._

The only bird that dares to peck an eagle is the raven.It sits on the eagle's back and bites its neck, However,the eagle doesn't respond or fight with the raven,it just opens its winds and begins to fly higher in the sky.The higher the flight ,the harder it is for the raven to breathe and the raven eventually falls due to lack of oxygen.Not all battles you need to respond to,Not all arguments or critis you need to respond to or answer back.Just lift a standard and they will fall off.Stop wasting time with the raven .Just take them at your height,and they will fade away.May God take us to a height where it will be difficult for the enemy to peck us.Amen.

*THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS RISEN: He Delivers, All is Possible With Him.*

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. (KJV Exodus 14:13).

When we look at the situation of the Hebrews as they were at the Red Sea, we can see that it was just hopeless. Their human understanding could not see life, but only death. In some circumstances, we should always remember that *"all things are possible with God," (Matthew 19:26).* There is nothing that can hinder Him to deliver. Never forget that "the LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." (Exodus 14:14).

*And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed.*

Most of you know me very well. I don't accept many friends as I feel uncomfortable with that. Almost every FB friend I have known on some level, or we share some common ground. You are not just a number.
Basically if you are on my FB it's because we have some connection. Now I would love to see if we can still chat beyond 'likes'. I decided to participate in an experience called "Meeting between Bread". The idea is to see who reads a post without a photo. We are so consumed with technology that we forget the most important thing: good friendship- genuine connection- valued engagement. If no one is reading this message, it will be a short social experiment. But if you finish this till the end, I would love you to comment in one word about us. For example, a place, an object, a person, a moment in which you remember me or that somehow connects us. Then copy this post and post it on your page (don't share) and I'll go to your page and leave a word that reminds me of you.
Please don't comment if you don't have time to copy the text. This will destroy the experiment. Let's see who spent their time to read and respond according to the common story outside Facebook.

[7/12, 02:06] +234 810 637 6410: *Just a minute with Sister White.*

The Bible condemns in the strongest terms all falsehood, false dealing, and dishonesty. Right and wrong are plainly stated. But I was shown that God's people have placed themselves on the enemy's ground; they have yielded to his temptations and followed his devices until their sensibilities have become fearfully blunted. A slight deviation from truth, a little variation from the requirements of God, is thought to be, after all, not so very sinful, when pecuniary gain or loss is involved. But sin is sin, whether committed by the possessor of millions or by the beggar in the streets. Those who secure property by false representations are bringing condemnation on their souls. All that is obtained by deceit and fraud will be only a curse to the receiver. CCh 83.3

*Good morning.*
[7/12, 02:08] +260 97 3641322: *Garden of Hurt😔*

There’s only one remedy for removing bitterness and pain from your life and that is “forgiveness.” Living with resentment and anger is a miserable existence, and if left to grow, destroys your very soul. It ruins all relationships, including current and future ones, and leaves you lost and empty. Holding on to “justified anger” will not bring happiness. In fact, it will choke the very life right out of you. It doesn’t matter if you “don’t deserve it,” or “it wasn’t fair”– that’s not an excuse to be bitter.
The truth is, God loves you even more than you could imagine and He wants to give you His sweet peace that you seek. But in order to receive it, you must plow under that “garden of hurt” and ask God to replace it with His sweet forgiveness. The Bible says in Colossians 3:8, “You must get rid of all these things: anger, passion and hard feelings.” Sometimes the pain is so deep, you just can’t let go, and if that is how you’re feeling, run to Jesus’ outstretched arms and receive His love and forgiveness. Most of all you will be thrilled to experience God’s perfect peace and your garden of hurt will be replaced with fragrant, beautiful flowers!
Matthew 18:21-22 NKJV - "Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven."

Matthew 6:14 NKJV - ""For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you."

1 John 1:9 NKJV - "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

OUR DEVOTIONTITLE THIS MORNING IS

GOD IS ON MY SIDE

"What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31"

The Apostle Paul asked the above questions after touching on many subjects. Some of the subjects he touched on were the intercession of the Holy Spirit for us, predestination, justification, and glorification. All the things he spoke about are in our favor as believers in Christ Jesus. He taught these subjects to encourage the believers in his era not to give up their faith even though they might be going through a lot of challenges. He said the destiny of Christians has been planned by God, we have been declared not guilty by God, and we will be glorified in the end. Sometimes we are deceived to think that God does not care or that God hates us, because of the challenges or sufferings that come our way when we became born again. These trials are just passing for us to be glorified in the end. If God gave His Son to us, then He, by His Son, will give us all things because His Son is the heir of God. God is on our side; therefore, all who are against us have God to deal with because God will always win our battles for us. Praise the Lord! HALLELUJAH. ...good morning and happy sabbath to you all

*WHAT ADVENTISTS BELIEVE ABOUT BIBLICAL STEWARDSHIP*

Happy Sabbath church of God,

The word steward, which means “manager,” is mentioned several times in the Bible. Sometimes the actual term is used, and sometimes it’s discussed in principle.

Adventists define a good Christian steward as someone who understands God is the creator and owner of everything. However, God empowers us as managers of the blessings He gives us. He has entrusted us with time and opportunities, abilities and possessions, and the blessings of the earth and its resources.

But what does it mean to “manage” our blessings? What about the things in life that aren’t exactly blessings? How does the Bible advise us in proper stewardship?

We’ll dig into Scripture to learn more about:

How humanity was made stewards from the beginning

How stewardship builds character and maturity

What stewardship looks like today

What’s behind the emphasis on money and tithing
Gratitude—the key to being a good steward

Thank you

And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already. Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. The rate at which young people are suffering from Kidney disease is alarming. I am sharing a post which can help us.
Please read below:

IMPORTANT - KIDNEY DESERVES THE BEST.

Barely two (2) days ago, we all received the news of the demise of the Nigerian actor as a result of kidney disease.
ALSO OUR MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS, the Honorable Teko Lake is currently in the Hospital on life support with Kidney problems. I want to show you how to avert this menace of kidney disease.

SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASE:

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of coke you drink daily.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking
enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

6. Late treatment . Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly. Let's help ourselves...God will protect you and your family from every disease this year.

(3) Avoid these Tablets, they are very dangerous:
* D-cold
* Vicks Action-500
* Actified
* Coldarin
* Cosome

* Cetrizet-D
They contain Phenyl Propanol-Amide, PPA which
