The collaboration between UDS, WACWISA, WAGENINGEN University, and Climate Adaptation Services organized a three-day Smart Agriculture Training.

This program aims to educate participants on utilizing advanced technologies and strategies for efficient and sustainable agricultural practices, with a focus on climate adaptation.

Participants gained insights into incorporating smart technologies into farming to enhance productivity and address climate challenges.

The University for Development Studies - UDS School of Engineering has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SD Gold Company.

This MoU signifies a collaborative partnership between the two entities to work together on various initiatives related to engineering and technology.

The National Executives of UDS Alumni Association visited Failatu Abdul-Razak, an alumna of the University for Development Studies - UDS, during her official Guinness World Record Longest Cooking Marathon attempt to support and encourage her in this record-breaking endeavor.

Failatu Abdul Razak cooked 156 meals over a record 227 hours, continuously serving hot meals to the audience at the Modern City Hotel and Orphanage from 1st to 10th January 2024.

In a Press Release signed by the Registrar, Mr. Nurudeen Issah Abubakar, prospective applicants who have already bought the E-voucher are encouraged to still go ahead and complete the online application form.

Those who have already completed the online application form are encouraged to visit the admissions portal (https://admissions.uds.edu.gh) for confirmation of their admission status.

The University for Development Studies - UDS International Journal of Development is an online, open-access peer-reviewed journal of the University for Development Studies, Ghana.

It is a multi-trans and inter-disciplinary journal with a development focus. It publishes works that are analytical, evaluative, basic, applicative and/or descriptive.

It accepts papers from varied disciplinary areas; including the Humanities, Social Sciences, Physical and Applied Sciences, Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, Business and Commerce as well as Information Technology.
