CAPE COAST COURT ORDERS ANOTHER ELECTION IN ASSIN NORTH.

Cape coast high court chaired by justice kwasi boakye canceled the parliamentary elections in the Assin north constituency in 2020 parliamentary elections.

In accordance to the judge,on the capacity of the petition to maintain an action against the Assin north MP'S challenge of his overruled.He said the petitioner had the capacity and the petitioner was competent.

The chief justice of the republic of Ghana,justice Anin Yeboah has been Accused by a lawyer of taking U$5 million bribe.

His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo,in accordance with the Article 146(6) of the 1992 constitution,has begun the process to remove chief justice kwasi Anin Yeboah,if found guilty of $5million bribery allegation levelled against him by a private legal practitioner Akwasi Afrifa.

In a statement signed by the secretary of the presidency,Nana Asante Bediatuo.the president said steps had already been commenced to determine the removal of otherwise of the chief justice..
