I saw Minister Dunsin ministering with a suit and a tie at Shiloh. That is like, a whole message in itself. The man is deep. We all know Minister Dunsin does not do suit and tie, but to Shiloh - that's what he wore. With a well knotted tie. Why?

Because he likes it? I don't think so
Because he wanted to look professional? That's not how professional ministers in music look
Because he was going to preach, not sing. Even me I said Ah - let me listen to Apostle Dunsin today dissect new testament for us - because I know he knows the word of God. You can't be that deep and powerful in song and not be sound in the word.

Imagine my surprise to find him singing and not preaching

So why suit and tie?

Because it is easier to sing with tie on your neck? No, it is not

Because it was a big program. Huge! Lailai. Did you see The Outpouring? Even Baba was there. Baba Redeem like my mother will say. And Minister Dunsin was dressed as he always dresses. Something danceable, jumpable, flyable, praisable, and white like the Heaven in his soul

So why the suit and tie at Shiloh?

Because he just watched James Bond? People please find me a reason why this blessed man, this psalmist that likes to dress freely and simply mostly in white and danceable shoes, wore suit and tie when he was to minister for the first time at Winners...

Let me tell you what I think

That's how ministers dress in Winners!

Bishop is a suit man. Sometimes he wears flowing agbada, safari suits, but more often - suit and tie. All the pastors are suit men. Almost all the ministers sitting in front are suit and tie, suit and tie, suit and tie, suit and tie...

You may go to another meeting or conference and where tracksuit or slacks and tshirts etc or suit without tie or whatever you like, but when you see the men of God of rank and file, file out at Living Faith

Suits and ties!

This is what I try to tell God's people. Let me preach a bit from this little but clear example. Learn the culture of Christianity and of the house you belong

Don't say I'm a tech person. Be like Jesus. Be like your pastor. Follow.

Christianity is discipleship! If you don't follow, you cannot become! If you don't follow, Jesus cannot make you anything! Follow me - He said to His disciples and I will MAKE YOU...(fishers of men)

I'm a techie person, you won't understand

Understand what uncle? That's why you cannot wear suit. Every day you dress like someone going to a picnic. You think that's really tech?

It is NOT! It is what the guys in the leading tech companies have made you. Google and Apple and co. They are the ones making you think if you wear a tie you will lose the ability to write software code.

It doesn't mean you lose your individuality or uniqueness, but it means you honor the collective and the corporate. Less of me, more of us, and me in us, and all of God. That is Christianity

Acts 2:42
They spent their time learning from the apostles, and they were like family to each other. They also broke bread and prayed together.

Acts 2:44
All the Lord's followers often met together, and they shared everything they had.

Acts 4:32
The whole congregation of believers was united as one - one heart, one mind! They didn't even claim ownership of their own possessions. No one said, "That's mine; you can't have it." They shared everything.

Let me close with this story - I was privileged to go with the leaders for a retreat at canaanland some years back. We decided to join the morning devotion. It was 5:30am. We were early. Bishop was there in agbada. Mama was there. Pastor David was there in suit and tie. Pastors and elders were there in suit and tie. 5:30 am o.

Now, the guy operating the video crane was a teenager. Maybe 15 or 16. Guess what he was wearing?

Yes! Suit and tie! Black suit and red tie!😃

The picture stuck in my head. If Minister Dunsin was a member of winners, he will wear that suit and tie till kingdom come. The man is deep. He will go far.

Do you know why the Sanhedrin and Pharisees needed Judas to betray Jesus and point Him out? They all looked like Him so it was not that easy to tell which one was Jesus. Think about it.

Dear people, spiritual understanding and the unity of faith begins in the heart, but if it is there, it will show in the life. The proof of being a believer is that you are a disciple.

When it comes to preaching the gospel, fervent prayer, study of the word; but also speech, dressing and comportment -

There shouldn't be much difference between the chorister and the usher, the pastor and the videographer, the protocol guy and the children church's teacher

These signs should follow all them that believe. Not some.

Christianity is not just a religion, it is a life
Christianity is not just a faith, it is a race

You don't just believe, you follow.

“When evil men are allowed to destroy good men for a long time and people are silent, it can cause the spirit of discouragement to destroy the good work that good men are doing”........

We wait for good people to die before we publish their good works. Well, am fed up with what wicked men are doing against this good man. I will also share things Pastor Elvis is doing which the public are not aware and bloggers are not blogging:

-Donated an Autoclave machine and 2 patient monitors to Ga North hospital.

-Constructed and furnished a shed and waiting area for patients and their relatives.

-Built a mechanized borehole for Ablekuma Manhean Methodist basic school and currently constructing an ultra modern 6 classroom block which comes with a library and staff common room.

-Currently also done constructing a mechanized community borehole for a community called Samsamso in the Ewutu-Breku district.

-Paid hospital bills for uncountable number of people to get them discharged from different hospitals.

-Paid fees and is still paying for an uncountable number of students from Junior high to senior high.

-Paid tuition fees for many to study abroad including their flight tickets.

-Taking care of over 50 orphans from the primary education till their tertiary education including their feeding.

-Purchased hospital equipments for hospitals (that were referring cases to other hospitals because they didn’t have these equipments) that has saved so many lives.

-Supporting churches in Islam countries that need urgent help and one of them is Pakistan.

-Built and building over 4 school buildings in rural communities to give them a better and conducive environment for education. Currently almost done building a 11 classroom block in the Oti region..

-Paid for expensive surgeries for patients and victims to save their lives both young and adults.

-Given provisions and financial help and medical provisions to alpharians who need serious medical attention.

-Sent provisions to uncountable total strangers to bring joy to their families.

-Sent great help via provisions etc to Nsawam prisons to put joy on the faces of prisoners.

- Provided Beds and equipments worth Gh500,000 supplied Kolebu

-Bought lands, paid rented halls and bought instruments for many many pastors.

Recently God touched him to sacrifice his building project for the support of the building project of other churches.

He gives everything he has and sometimes he has nothing for any project and for himself. Most of the things you will see him enjoy are gifts received from Alpharians who have received mighty testimonies and are touched to bless him.

Currently His church building project is on hold because He told me God told him to make some people, men of God and ministries comfortable before His. What a man, what a heart.

Pastors let’s not be over protective of our flock. They’re in good hands. Let’s be excited about everything God is doing with this man.

Christians please be very careful about some of these wicked bloggers joining the devil’s ministry to sabotage the great things God is doing with this man.

Pastor Elvis, a true selfless man of God called by God to be a joy and a blessing to many especially this generation.

Tell the bloggers who only want to trend with evil reports about people to come and share the good works of Pastor Elvis.

There Is Something A Man Will Discover, He Will No longer Need A Job || Dr. Myles Munroe

I always tell young people, stop looking for employment. Why don't you position yourself differently and look for deployment.

To be employed means somebody else is benefiting from your energy. To deploy yourself means that you are using your own energy to be productive. Instead of waiting for somebody to give you a job, create your own work.

That's why I tell people, there is a difference between your work and your job.
*Your job is what they trained you to do, your work is what you were born to do.
*Your job is your skill, which they can fire you from at anytime. But your work is your gift, no one can take that from you.

*Your job is when you get compensation for activity, your work is when you get fulfilment because you love it somuch.
*Your job, you can retire from. Your work, you can never retire from it because your work is you.
So, when a person discover their work, they nolonger need a job. Because their work make them productive.

Their are young people full of talent, full of gift. I want to say this; every problem in life is a business. All business is something someone saw in a problem. So the more problem, the more businesses is available for people to begin.
And this is what i think we are lacking;

*We are trained to get a job, we are not trained to start a business.
*We are trained to let other people employ us, not trained to deploy ourselves..

She became pregnant at Age 13, while her father delivered a sermon about the virtues of abstinence, Sarah was growing a baby at such a young age.

She had to drop out of college, worked as a waitress at a strip club to support herself, got married at 19, got a divorce at 23 and left with two children to take care of.
